– Check-in: 2:00 PM. Early check-in may be available on request and subject to availability.
– Check-out: 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available on request and subject to availability and charges.
– This is a peaceful residential property, not suited for loud parties or music.
– Small meetups or gatherings are fine as long as noise doesn’t disturb neighbors.
– Smoking is allowed only in designated areas (balcony or outdoor space).
– A valid government ID is required for all guests at check-in.
– Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Visitors must be approved in advance.
-Please respect the neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
– Any damage to property, furniture, or appliances must be reported immediately. Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the guest.
– Please keep the space clean and treat it as your own home.
– Do not move or rearrange furniture without prior permission.
– Loss of keys will incur a replacement charge.
– Check-out time must be respected; late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
